No. County Codes and Springhill rules do not  allow Commercial vehicles, vehicles with advertising or commercial equipment showing to be parked/stored in the subdivision.

Can I park my boat, rv, or other recreational vehicles on my lot?

A. Yes. However county zoning and Springhill rules require that these types of vehicles be park behind the front setback and that they be screened from view.

Can I run a business from my property?

No. County codes and Springhill rules do not allow any business to be conducted on any lot.

Q. What about trash pickup days?

Trash/small items are picked up on Mondays.
Trash/large items and bulk (like furniture and tree trimmings) are picked up on Thurdays.
County codes do not allow items to be place by the curb for pickup any earlier than 3:00pm the day before pickup.
